Fast Forward [01]

It has been approximately 4 months since the case of 龙俊一 & 杨旭光 ended. ASP An Xiaoqian is currently on pre-natal leave at home, waiting for the arrival of her little baby in less than 2 months. In the mean time, SSI(2) Di Lun has been promoted to INSP and has been made the relief team leader in the absence of ASP An Xiaoqian. SSI Ouyang Li has returned in action with a 6months probation ongoing. Nothing much has changed, except for the size of Xiaoqian's tummy.

狄伦：喂！有事和你商量。
欧阳：什么事啊？
狄伦：晓茜再一个多月后就要生了，我…
欧阳：哇哇哇。看你正经八百的，就知道和Madam有关。
欧阳：果然，不出我所料也！
狄伦：喂！正经点好吗？
欧阳：好好好。是不是要商量搬家的事啊？
狄伦：你怎么知道的？
欧阳：做兄弟的，这点儿也不知道，也太失败了吧。

欧阳：好啦。说老实的。Madam 一个人住，大着肚子的，也挺不方便的。
欧阳：住哪里对我都无所谓，住得近不关我的事，住得远也不干我的事。
欧阳：反正住得远，住得近，只管你的事。住得近点儿，就当人多好照应吧。

欧阳：何况，婉柔以前就想当Madam宝宝的干妈，现在，虽然当不成了，但算起来，我也算半个的半个干爸吧…

狄伦：你没意见了话，我就让房屋经纪着手处理了。
欧阳：是的！正牌老爸！

Hi. It has been a long while since I posted anything, thanks for staying around/returning. I hope everyone had your desired results with examinations. It's been quite a while since I wrote. Approx slightly over 4months? Rather rusty. Let me have some time to re-visualise the behaviour/characteristics/personalities of the various characters, I have never rewatched Metamorphosis you see. I guess Bridge UP is gonna be a good revision for me to refresh my memory.
As you would have noticed, I added a "今日词汇" section at the end of the post. Since I started MetaC, I have been receiving feedback of how many are not used/strong with Chinese Characters, some left, some remained. I too can understand how difficult it is to read Chinese Characters, especially some less than common vocabs.

So I have decided to, as best as I could, I would include the explanation of some words I use in the post. I hope this can be a little contribution I have for those who dont read chinese at all, and "uses" MetaC as a "platform" to improve your Chinese. Raise questions to words you dont understand, I will try to provide a definition and a translation. Translation may not be wholly correct as they may be translated by yours truly if I cant find a satisfactory one online.

In the case when more than 1 definition is present for the word, the one in bold would be the one corresponding to the use of it I have in the post =)
